The Poquessing Middle School Music Boosters Organization is comprised of parents of musicians in the bands, choruses and orchestra.  The main function of the booster organization is to support the instrumental, choral and musical programs.  The Music Boosters also help parents offset the costs associated with the program.  Booster meetings are the best time to find out what is going on with concerts, musical and trips. The meetings begin at 7:30 PM.  We welcome YOUR help - please attend the meetings. If we all do a little we can accomplish a lot!
 
We encourage you to become involved in any way possible, large or small.There are always plenty of opportunities to help no matter what your ability or availability. We look forward to meeting and working with you during the 2014 - 2015 school year. Please refer to the new Neshaminy Volunteer Policy for this year, we will discuss further and have the forms available at the December Music Booster Meetings.
 
**IMPORTANT MUSICAL SCHEDULE CHANGE**

The show for TODAY Sunday Feb 22 at 3pm is ONAll leads with microphones should arrive at 2pm and all others, please arrive at 2:15pm. Please help each other with transportation if someone you know can't get a ride. If you absolutely cannot make it to the show on Sunday, please email Mrs. Flick right away: dflick@neshaminy.k12.pa.us

As for Tickets that you can no longer use, we hope you can still support our program by considering your ticket a donation to the Poquessing Music Program, but if you must receive a refund, please submit your name and address and tickets to "the bin" in room 123 and a refund will be sent to you."

 

Great news, after much re-arranging and coordinating, we have been able to schedule the Cast Party for right after the show today. Don't Forget to Bring Cast T-Shirts and a full set of clothes to change in to!  After getting changed, the students can greet their parents and give them any costume items they don't want to take to the party with them right after the show. We will then have pizza, snacks and the DJ from 5-7pm in the cafeteria.

We will follow the usual Poquessing dance procedures for pick-up: a parent must come in for their child, or a note saying they are walking home is needed so that we can release walkers to walk home.

Thank you everyone for your flexibility as Mother Nature continues to challenge us. We ask anyone who will be unable to attend the cast party to please contact poquessingmusic@gmail.com so we can adjust pizza amounts and make sure your "Kiss the Cast" bag is ready for you before your leave at the end of the performance.
